Truly one of the rarest and most exotic coffees in the world, Celebes Kalossi is grown on the island of Celebes, the middle island of the Malay Archipelago of Indonesia. It is harvested on the southern tip of the island and brought to the port of Manado for export. Done to a Full City (light) roast, Celebes Kalossi is a full bodied, low acidic coffee with a solid backbone and heavy chocolate aftertaste. This is a coffee for the real coffee connoisseur.
