This dark roast single origin is a Don Claudio Costa Rica. Costa Rica takes pride in only producing high quality specialty grade coffees--one of the only countries that can claim this fact. Don Claudio comes from Coopeagri, which is a farm collective of small to mid-sized farms. This collective is fanatical about producing only high end coffees that are noticeably delicious with unique tasting notes. We are re-releasing this beloved coffee as a dark roast to show off the coffee's flexibility. We love the smokiness combined with the hints of cranberry and nougat still present in the cup.
