Grown on the island of Sulawesi – part of Indonesia – at very high altitudes and processed with a unique wet grinding method. Chocolatey, with a bit of fruit and an earthy, casky (cedar wood) finish. Not too acidic. Only available in a light-medium roast. Good for everything except cold brew.
