Blend: Peru Washed/ Ethiopia Natural Tasting Notes: Balanced, chocolatey, sweet Our original house blend, named for the pressure required to operate an espresso machine, but translated into the Presta valve equivalent. Made up currently of a natural Ethiopia and a washed Peru. Great all around workhorse blend; shines on espresso, cold brew, and drip.
