Vespera is a sturdy blend of naturally processed coffees from Costa Rica; we roast it to the edge of dry distillation to capture the traditional coffee flavor beloved by many, but without the overly smoky and oily profile. The result is classic, but not boring - the natural processing pokes through just enough to add some dimension to the flavor. Vespera is a user-friendly coffee and works well with any brewer, and also pairs well if you like cream and sugar.
