Blackbird Coffee opened its first cafe in Hanoi's Old Quarter (Chan Cam) in 2018, expanding to a second location on Lan Ong in 2019 and a third on Dang Dung in 2023. The roaster-cafe focuses on improving Vietnamese coffee, working with the country's own Arabica and Robusta alongside imported single origins from Brazil, Colombia, Mexico and Guatemala.
