Espresso extracted at 93 °C with an extraction of 25 ml in 26 seconds and an average degassing of 60 hours. This blend brings to the cup a hazelnut-colored cream with clear stripes. The acidity in taste is evident, thanks to the Arabica varieties that make up this blend. It has an interesting and balanced sweetness and bitterness. There are sensations of cardamom, vanilla and tobacco.
