This espresso was extracted at 93° C with 25 ml in 25 seconds and an average degassing of 48 hours. This coffee brings out a hazelnut-colored cream with clear stripes in the cup. The acidity to the taste is pleasant, but there are strong notes of vanilla, nutmeg and tobacco.
