Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Aricha
23 USD
Aricha is a remote community in Ethiopia’s Yirgacheffe region, home to one of the world’s oldest coffee-growing traditions. Coffee is cultivated beneath native shade trees, then fermented for 48–72 hours before drying on raised beds for four to five days. Most producers belong to the Gedeo culture, where coffee farming has been passed down for generations. Despite limited access to infrastructure and education, these families continue producing exceptional coffees while preserving the region’s rich coffee heritage.
