Colombian single-estate coffee sold from a shop on Crighton Place in Edinburgh. Beans come from a family farm in the Colombian highlands, hand-picked and sun-dried, then roasted here in small batches. Shipments arrive every four months rather than sitting in a warehouse. Also supplies restaurants and coffee shops.
