FARM HISTORY Finca Cascadas was born from the collaboration of two dedicated coffee-growing families: the Cave family from the Carrizal hamlet, with their property Finca Cascadas de Cueva, and the Rojas family from the Caserío de Nuevo Lambayeque, with their property Finca la Pirámide. United by a shared vision, they named their venture Finca Cascadas, reflecting their commitment to preserving the pristine waters that flow through their waterfall farms. After five years of dedicated work, their efforts began to bear fruit. Inspired by their success, other families joined the initiative. Today, Finca Cascadas has grown into a community of 50 families, all devoted to producing exceptional coffees in the Jepelacio district, Gera River Valley, under the name Finca Cascadas.
