FARM HISTORY Finca Cascadas began as a collaborative effort between the Cueva family of Finca Cascadas de Cueva and the Rojas family of Finca La Pirámide. The farm is named after the natural waterfalls found on both properties—sources of crystal-clear water that the families actively protect. Today, the project unites 50 families in the Jepelacio district within the Gera River Valley, working ecologically and sustainably to produce high-quality specialty coffee.
