Another rare cultivar from his farm, Bourbon Primitivo arabica has a grape-like, jammy depth when paired with this processing style. This micro-lot had 45 hours of aerobic fermentation before slow sun-drying, delivering exceptional, complex and winey flavours. We’ve also been roasting a micro-lot of Luis Anibal’s 100% Java arabica and it also demonstrates his mastery of varietal and process, with layers of strawberry, malty chocolate and perfumed aromatics Please note we only hold a limited stock of these products, but we aim to roast at least two times a week (T&Cs apply)
