Three crafts under one crooked roof — a hand-roastery, coffee bar, and chocolate workshop inside the "Zuckerhut," one of Hildesheim's strangest timber-framed houses. Drum-roasted in small batches, low and slow, with green coffee from small farms in Mexico, Guatemala, and Kenya. A member of Germany's roasters' guild, sourcing fair and transparent.
