Meet our go-to espresso blend. Coffees from Guatemala coupled with a wet-hulled Sumatra imparts a nuanced yet sweet profile that pairs well with milk. Over the past 10 years the popular trend of espresso has been to push the roast profile lighter and lighter. While we too really love unique and light roasted espressos, we wanted our Flagship espresso to steer a little portside. We wanted a coffee that bridges the gap between old and new; a coffee that is familiar enough to most but presses intentional boundaries.
