Medellin, the "City of Enternal Spring", is the second largest city in Colombia. It has the largest Coffee growing region in the Country - Antioquia. Coffee from Antioquia is known for a medium bodied, smooth and well balanced cup that can be enjoyed any time of the day. Cupping Notes: Hints of dark chocolate, caramel green apple and apricot. Acidity: medium Aroma: Sweet apricot/strawberry Altitude grown: 800 -1900 meters above sea level We have developed a roast profile for this single source bean that we feel brings out the flavours and makes for a comforting brew suitable for any time of the day. Suitable for all brewing methods but makes a great espresso shot!
