Founder Tom is autistic and built the roastery around that: noise kept low, lights muted, and workshops tailored to sensory sensitivities. Coffee is roasted to order on a 6kg Kuban, with quality checks every 5kg, and traceable to individual grower lots with the price paid published. The roastery sits on a closed caravan-park site north of Shrewsbury, open by appointment only.
