Founded in 2015 by Luke Underdown, starting in a converted garage and selling at Kent markets. Now roasts in 12kg batches at a converted oast house at Calcott, outside Canterbury, and runs four shops: Canterbury, Whitstable, Margate and the roastery cafe. Coffees are traceable and bought from the same farms season after season.
