This time, we rest a premium single-origin Colombian coffee in oak, pre-used bourbon whiskey barrels to create a coffee of perfectly balanced sweetness and complexity. Bourbon emerges as an exquisite complement to the coffee, introducing a subtle smoky sweetness and gentle fruit character that enhances the full-bodied richness of the Colombian coffee. Every batch is masterfully roasted to a medium espresso level, inviting you to savour the intricate complexity of this exceptional coffee. For the full experience, we recommend enjoying it as a black coffee, allowing the layers of flavour to unfold. In the Summertime, this coffee transforms into an exquisite cold brew or serves as the perfect foundation for a range of exceptional cocktails.
