The Good Gets Better Bundle
27 EUR
Our bundle changes quite regularly. It's a chance to purchase two coffees from our single origin list at a discounted price. It may be two washed coffees, two naturals, two fermented coffees or a combination of any of the above. Whatever the offer, we hope to provide you with two great coffees that will always hit the spot! Ethiopia Ardent Guji Natural (250g) Process: Natural Varietal: Heirloom Altitude: 1800 - 2000 MASL Tasting notes: Blueberry, Tangerine, Milk chocolate. We've been buying coffee from Ashenafi Argaw of Ardent for a number of years now. The reasons are twofold. His coffees are outstanding. There aren't many producers who have had their coffees scored at 97 points by Coffee Review. Ashenafi has. Toward the end of 2025 he was appointed as the first ever president of the Ethiopian Speciality Coffee Association. He's a giant of the industry. Another reason for buying from Ardent are Ashenafi's principles. Ethiopia has been a war torn country for a number of years. One of the obvious outcomes of this is to leave many children without parents. To help with this, Ashenafi opened the Ardent Children's Centre to look after these kids and provide them with a future. There are now two centres looking after 70 children between them. In 2025 we donated $5000 toward this. In October of this year, Ashenafi built and opened a school in Wicho, Sidama, a place where his grandparents still live. We're really proud to support such work. Honduras Alix Ramirez (250g) Process: Washed Varietal: Mixed Varietals Altitude: 1600 - 1650 MASL Tasting notes: Maple Syrup, Lime and Red Apple. Finca El Aguacatillo is the passion of Alix Yovani Ramírez, who began his coffee journey as a farm labourer before purchasing his first plot in 2005. Today he manages 14ha of coffee in Guinope, producing around 300mt annually. At 1617 meters, his farm grows IHCAFE 90 and Lempira. The washed process involves cherry flotation, 16 hours of dry fermentation, mechanical washing, and solar dome drying for 8–15 days. With depulping done the same day as harvest, El Aguacatillo highlights Alix’s dedication to precision, sustainability, and producing competitive, high-quality Honduran coffee.
