Dale Harris, the 2017 World Barista Champion, started Ithaka in Birmingham in 2024. The roastery is on Gibb Street in Deritend, with a tasting bar at the front open Monday to Saturday. Deliberately small: the stated aim is to be a meaningful roastery rather than a big one.
