Kaffeelix was founded in St. Pölten in 2012 by Felix Teiretzbacher, who won the World Coffee Roasting Championship in 2022. The roastery favors light roasts on traceable single-origin lots from Ethiopia, Ecuador, Uganda, Colombia, Peru, and Kenya, and sells at the Domplatz market alongside its roastery.
