This Coffee makes both a funky espresso and a wonderful filter! Try this v60 Recipe 15g Course grind | 250ml Water | 3 Min extraction. Pour in 60ml of 94 degree water to bloom, give it a little swirl and let sit for 40 seconds. Pour up to 150ml. At the 2 min mark pour the rest in up to 250ml and give it a final swirl!
