Mae roasts coffee daily at its own facility and buys directly from farmers in Costa Rica, Colombia and Guatemala, with additional partners in Ethiopia, El Salvador, Mexico and Brazil, using only first-grade single-origin Arabica. The company operates several cafes in Tel Aviv and Ramat Gan alongside its roastery and a coffee academy.
