Founded by Sreeram G, Ashish D'abreo, and third-generation coffee farmer Tej Thammaiah, Maverick & Farmer grows single-estate Arabica and Robusta on its own 140-acre estate in Pollibetta, Coorg, roasting daily in Bangalore; its core team previously founded The Flying Squirrel Coffee, India's first artisan coffee brand, in 2012.
