They do excellent work to provide such excellent coffee from an extremely unique origin and micro-climate. Natural Process lots from Sigri Estate are generally only available by special order (pre-harvest) due to how difficult it is to process “naturals” in the extremely humid climate of Papua New Guinea. However, they have worked for years to develop a drying bed system that consistently delivers an extremely bright and fruit forward flavour that is rare to find from this region.
