RAW Coffee Company was founded in 2007 by New Zealanders Kim Thompson and Matt Toogood, long-time Dubai residents who built the business as equal partners with their own investment. The roaster works directly with growers under a direct-trade model and operates a roastery and cafe in Al Quoz, Dubai.
