Founded in 2007 in Taipei by Yang Bo-zhi ("Xiao Yang"), who moved from restaurant kitchen work into coffee and opened his first shop, roasting and serving as its own barista. Two years later its house blend became the first Taiwanese coffee to score 91 points from Coffee Review.
