EL SALVADOR, Vega Apo – Specialty 100% Arabica coffee beans, Tafuri, 250g
15 EUR
VEGA coffee is one of the lots produced by Andrés Salaverría in the Apaneca–Ilamatepec region. It is named after a star, like all the lots in his line, each with unique flavor, aroma, and processing characteristics. Each producer assigns a star to their lots, thus creating a true “coffee universe.” Andrés Salaverría is the fifth generation of a family with over 100 years of history in Salvadoran coffee, and he has been involved in the family business since childhood. His approach blends tradition with a contemporary vision: technical training and international experience have strengthened the company’s offering, which focuses on the production and commercialization of high-quality micro-lots. Under his leadership, the family business is now capable of meeting global market demands, with a strong commitment to quality, traceability, and sustainability throughout every stage of the supply chain. In the cup, this coffee features a viscous and enveloping body. The acidity of exotic fruits like pineapple and kiwi stands out immediately, giving way to the bitter taste of dark chocolate.
