Santamaria has placed consistently in the Top 10 at Best of Panama, with recent lots scoring up to 92.65. The farm keeps half its 120 hectares as virgin forest — and the natural process lets that terroir speak loudly. Expect red berries and florals on the nose, honey sweetness mid-palate, and a long finish of pineapple, Fuji apple, and dry red tea. One of the most expressive Geishas we've offered. Best enjoyed as filtered coffee.
