Founded by Ben and Eric, Sarnies sources Thai coffee from the Mae Suai area of Chiang Rai, including a USDA-certified organic lot called Rom Yen, alongside Colombian and whiskey-barrel-aged Honduran beans, and supplies clients including Louis Vuitton, The Ritz-Carlton, and WeWork from its Bangkok roastery.
