Sigma Coffee Roaster was founded by Marcel Ramseyer after two years working as local head of coffee R&D in South India. The micro-roastery, based in Niederhelfenschwil, sources Indian coffee directly from partner farms and placed third at the 2018 Swiss Coffee Roasting Championship.
