Nottingham roaster started in the 1980s by Stewart Falconer, hand-roasting small batches long before anyone called it specialty. Still roasts in small batches on the Robin Hood Industrial Estate and runs three Blend cafes in the city, including one inside Nottingham Contemporary. Wholesale and subscriptions sit alongside the retail shop.
