Roasts small batches on the Upper Newtownards Road in east Belfast, within sight of the Harland and Wolff cranes. The house recipe is traced to Robert Allan, a shipwright who blended coffee with traded spices for shipyard crews in the 1800s. Also does an Irish whiskey blend and a cinnamon blend, and sells espresso machines alongside the beans.
