Founded in 2009 by Paul Thompson and now supplying more than 300 wholesale customers across the North East. Small-batch blends come off the Prudhoe Street roastery in North Shields; single origins and seasonal micro-batches are roasted at a second site, The Exchange 1856, which also runs tastings and training.
