Wolff was founded by Patrik and Carmen Wolff in Bowen Hills, Brisbane in 2009 — Patrik is a former Australian Barista Champion. The roastery sits alongside the WBSC training facility, which has trained a who's who of Australian competitors. Wolff's coffee philosophy is grounded in classic European espresso traditions tightened with third-wave sourcing — they buy direct from producers across El Salvador, Brazil, Honduras and Ethiopia.
