Yardstick is Manila's flagship third-wave roaster and one of the country's most recognized specialty names, founded in 2014 and operating a roastery plus multiple Metro Manila cafés (Legazpi Village HQ, BGC, Rockwell, MOA, Podium, SM Aura, Salcedo Village). The roastery sources direct-trade lots from Latin America, Africa, and Asia, and packs single-origin Nespresso capsules in addition to whole-bean and ground formats. Yardstick competes head-to-head with international SCA-circuit roasters and was an early backer of the Philippine third-wave café standard.
