Founded on March 3, 2020 by Nacho Prado in Malaga, Artisan Coffee supplies Cafe Central, the Prado family's cafe operating since 2001, where Nacho's grandfather Jose Prado Crespo coined Malaga's distinctive coffee terminology (sombra, nube, mitad) in 1954.
