Established in 1962 by Salvador Sans Velasco's parents, building on a colonial goods store his grandfather opened in 1919, Cafes El Magnifico roasts on Loring Smart Roasters with air-recirculation technology, cupping hundreds of samples a year and supporting Cup of Excellence producers; it runs four locations in Barcelona.
