Calendar Coffee Roasters was founded in 2016 in Galway by Peter Sztal, growing out of a single coffee bar in the city centre into a small-batch roastery that now supplies cafes across the west of Ireland. The team focuses on transparent sourcing and seasonal rotation, and roasts on a Loring with a soft profile aimed at clarity and sweetness. Galway's specialty scene is small, and Calendar is the anchor.
