Family roastery on Main Street in Newport, County Tipperary, set up in 2006 and women-led. Roasts arabica only, on Diedrich drums, including a Swiss Water decaf. Supplies more than 200 cafes, restaurants and hotels around Ireland, and runs a cafe and a barista school at the roastery, with windows onto the roasters.
