Founded in 2014 by brothers Goncalo and Francisco Cardoso, Combi Coffee Roasters started as a mobile coffee stand in an old Mercedes van touring festivals and markets around Porto before opening a fixed cafe and roastery in 2017, later relocating its roasting operation near Park Serralves in 2024.
