Detour Coffee Roasters was founded in 2007 and roasts out of Dundas, Ontario, just outside Hamilton. Detour is known for its strong wholesale program supplying cafes across the GTA and Southern Ontario, plus a polished retail subscription. The company runs an annual rotating seasonal lineup heavy on Colombian and Ethiopian micro-lots and is regularly cited as a Canadian third-wave reference roaster. They also operate a cafe in downtown Dundas.
