Rosso Coffee Roasters opened in 2007 and was the first cafe in Calgary built around the third-wave specialty model. The company operates more than a dozen cafes across Calgary, Cochrane, and area, plus a wholesale-focused roastery. Rosso's Crema espresso blend is a Calgary staple and the seasonal single-origin lineup leans Ethiopia, Colombia, Burundi, and Honduras.
