Doubleshot was founded in Prague in 2010 by barista Jaroslav Tuček and roaster Jaroslav Hrstka, who trained separately in Vancouver and at origin in Panama before starting the roastery. More than 90% of its beans are bought directly from farmers the founders know personally and visit regularly.
