Run by husband-and-wife Pat McArdle and Caoimhe O'Dwyer from Greenbean House on Coes Road, Dundalk, alongside Greenbean Coffee Roasters. Two small gas-fired roasters, every variety roasted separately and blended afterwards. Stock is kept deliberately low so bags leave days after the roast, and orders can be collected at the roastery.
