Founded by Barbara Croce and billed as Newcastle's first commercial roastery and coffee bar, with a Probat behind glass in the coffee lab. The team includes the UK Brewers Cup Champion 2023 and licensed Q instructors, and they buy on origin trips to Ecuador, Bolivia, Kenya and Ethiopia. The Blaydon site is the UK HQ; a second roastery operates in Dubai.
