Started in the Stroud Valleys in 2018 by Michael, after more than 30 years as a composite laminator in F1 motorsport. Roasts single origins and blends in small batches from a converted calf shed and dairy at Wick Street Farm, with free delivery within six miles of Stroud. The name nods to the Cotswold Lion, the local golden-fleeced sheep breed.
