Founded in 1929 by two traders who met in India, and still run by the same family — Nigel Miller is the third generation. The Rochester site roasts up to six tonnes a day on a traditional drum, running 24 hours, and packs orders from 60kg to 6,000kg. Coffee, loose leaf tea, espresso machines, servicing and barista training all come from the one address.
