Put its first roaster into one of its own Glasgow coffee shops in 2018, then opened a standalone roastery as wholesale demand grew. Around 20 coffees are on the list at any time, roasted by John using traditional methods. Six shops now run across Glasgow, Inverness and Bridge of Allan, and the company also supplies and services espresso machines.
